Escrow Specialists opened in Ogden in 1981 to do one thing: stand between the parties of seller-financed contracts and keep the record both sides could rely on. The work hasn’t changed, because the need hasn’t — when a seller carries the financing, somebody impartial still has to collect, record, hold, and disburse.
We’ve stayed deliberately independent. We don’t lend, we don’t broker, and we don’t take a side. Attorneys, title companies, and real estate professionals refer their clients to us precisely because we have nothing to sell either party except the service itself.
