Our fees are simple: a one-time setup fee, a servicing fee tied to how often payments come in, and itemized charges for the occasional extras. No percentages, no surprises.

Setup & servicing

The setup fee is paid once, when the account is opened. After that, you pay just one of the servicing fees below — whichever matches how often your contract collects payments.

Initial setup fee: $100.00
Monthly payment contract: $20.00 / month
Quarterly payment contract: $40.00 / quarter
Bi-annual payment contract: $75.00 / payment
One annual payment contract: $130.00 / year

Every servicing fee includes two disbursement checks. Additional disbursements are billed per the Additional services table below.

Billing statements to both partiesSent to the buyer or tenant with a copy to the seller or landlord, showing the next due date and amount, any late fee assessed, the date and amount last received, the principal balance, the reserve balance, and year-to-date interest.

Servicing fees are ordinarily split between the parties as their contract directs — many contracts split them evenly, but that choice belongs to the parties.
